It was made by popular request by our customers who have been using our chilli sauce, who wanted something to cook with to enhance the taste and flavour of their cooking.
They come currently in 2 sizes, 350g and 3.5Kg.
However, any size can be made by customer request.
We mainly use natural ingredients and mix them to give the perfect taste and ready to be added to your cooking.
It can be used in many ways including the following;
1. Add directly to your cooking to add flavour and taste.
2. Use to steam your meat before adding your other ingredients.
3. Marinate your meat or fish before cooking.
